Emergency maintenance for all SchoolMessenger Presence sites has been scheduled for this evening due to an urgent need to reboot the system that provides the functionality for the Emergency Banner feature of all Presence sites.
If your Presence site does not utilize the Emergency Banner feature, you will not experience any impact as a result of this maintenance window.
The emergency maintenance is scheduled to begin at 11:00 PM Central on Thursday, October 17th 2019 (tonight) and is expected to conclude by 11:05 PM Central on Thursday, October 17th 2019 the same day.
During the 5-minute maintenance window, Emergency Banner(s) on the Presence sites utilizing the feature will not display, but all sites will remain functional otherwise for users and visitors.
